Do you provide installation and training?

Yes, we offer installation and training services to ensure your team can operate the machines safely and efficiently at an added cost. We have an extensive video library regarding setup and installation for all of our equipment.

Do you provide post sales service on equipment?

We offer PM packages at checkout for a discounted rate but can also JIT service as needed across North America.

What are the warranty terms for your equipment?

GAPCO covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.The warranty does not cover wear items, and is only valid for the original purchase from GAPCO.

The Warranty does not transfer.

For extended warranties please reach out to us directly at time of purchase.

Does GAPCO offer tool repair?

GAPCO prides itself on having the fastest tool repair in the business! If you purchase a tool from us, we guarantee that all wear parts are in stock!

How long will it take to get my tools fixed?

The second you send in your tool for diagnosis, GAPCO's highly trained technicians look over the tool and provide you with a formal quote for repair. Once your company approves the repair and all parts required are readily available, our technicians can have it completed ASAP. Usually from receipt of the tool, it takes approximately 1-2 weeks.
